Tea - Peppermint
Wrap the mint leaves gently in a dampened paper towel. Place the mint in a plastic bag, not sealing all the way so that air can circulate. Do not wrap tightly; trapped moisture will cause the herbs to mold. Trim the ends and place in a glass filled with about 1” of water.
For 1.5 oz of tea
Remove tea leaves. Bring to boil 1 cup water & heaping 1/4 cup sugar. Remove from heat & add tea leaves. Steep for 1 hour and then strain tea concentrate into a 1 quart jar. Fill jar with ice cold water. Add more or less water to sweeten to your taste. ENJOY!!
